Keith is the founder for SYNERGY group. He is a passion & energetic professional with decade of multi-disciplinary project management experience in the real estate field and delivered various types & scale of projects from planning to construction stage. Initially practiced as an engineering professional, followed by a period working for a respected local developer, Keith has put much emphasis on project development and construction management areas. He has equipped with flourish expertise and experience in project overview & property investment management for local new and A&A projects, development strategy planning for various commercial and hotel schemes, retail enhancement project, residential development projects in HK, PRC mainland and overseas.

As one of the founder for SYNERGY Group, Addie has a wide spectrum of professional knowledge and experience on various kinds of projects. She is particularly strong in property investment, statutory submission & project execution from contractual management to site coordination.

She has an acute sense of the upcoming property potential and development opportunity, particularly for residential & commercial projects. She practices a holistic approach in her work by providing a comprehensive budget analysis and forecast. Together with her flourish professional knowledge in statutory control, she is endeavor in providing accurate investment advice to meet the Client’s expected profit return.

Addie is also active in academic activity. She is now serving as lecturer for the Vocational Training Council, EdiT and the University of Central Lancashire, launching many seminars and courses related to Architectural Studies, construction management & current statutory control for all kinds of professionals and contractors.

Educated at University of Hong Kong and practicing in architecture in Hong Kong, Fabius has a portfolio of various range of residential, commercial, communal, institutional and infra-structure projects, in Hong Kong and PRC. As one of the founder of SYNERGY Group, he is responsible for maintaining high standard of both architectural & interior design and implementing the design concept from the overall form to the finest details.

Wayne was graduated from the University of Hong Kong and has been practicing in the architectural profession for 10 years. He is a Registered Architect and an Authorized Person (HK), he is also LEED AP and Beam Professional so as to maintain his professional practice in some local comprehensive projects. He has an extensive administrative experience in local projects, who serves to provide professional statutory advice to the every success of SYNERGY projects.

Apart from project experience, he has been an active member of the Appeal Tribunal Panel. He has also been currently invited to some seminars, lecturers and symposiums organized by government bodies to share his professional comments.
